Over the next week (8 days), we'll be posting the top 15 returning
runners -- both male and female -- from each of the regions, based on
the Regional meets from last fall. Posting the regions in reverse
alphabetical order, today's lists feature the West Region's top
returning cross country runners. Listed, in order, are their returning
order, runner's name,
school, current school year, place at last year's Regional meet. (top
